The Salon itself was lovely, welcoming and well decorated however make up I was expecting was not what I got. There was no contouring and considering I had booked evening make up I would have expected that. For £35 I was less then impressed it was more like daytime make up and I could have done it myself. The foundation used was also far too dark for my skin tone - I was told I should have told her sooner that the colour was not right however I expected the make up artist to be the professional and know.
There was no make up brands used that a recognised and there were no make up brushes used just sponges, it all seemed very cheap and the sponges were not new/clean. There was also no professional lighting and the position I was left in in the chair to have my make up done was uncomfortable and not good for my neck. Overall it seemed very basic and I don’t think they should be advertising professional makeup with someone who doesn’t appear to have training.

The therapist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately! Although I hadn’t waxed for a few months she did a thorough and fast job with minimal pain! Will definitely recommend and be visiting again.
