I love this place and had a recent balage done by Emre which was a dream. Unfortunately I went back to get some grey hair covered and this damaged the whole balage effect. I can't help but thinking that the fact that Emre was not in resulted in a less experienced person giving an ill advise on the best way to achieve what I wanted. She was really kind and all but I did not get the natural look I wished for. And it kind of defeated the previous great colouring.
