Really attentive staff. Had shellac removal which was particularly difficult to remove. She took her time to do it well without damaging the nails. Much better job than I have had elsewhere. £15 seems a lot for removal but they certainly put in the time and effort.

Awful experience. The person supposed to take care of my manicure was late and worked in a very unclean and painful manner. My cuticles were left bleeding, and polish was just applied on top to try to camouflage it. My cuticles, which shouldn't have been cut in the first place, are still in pain and red which made me worried as the tools didn't seem sanitary in the first place.
