This is my regular and although I've now moved across London (takes me a decent two hours to get there!) they do my hair so well. Only reason it's 4/5 is because I felt pretty rushed compared to other times. I did book last minute (morning of the late afternoon appointment) but I did feel a bit like a burden on them.

Although my therapist had good strong hands she felt very rushed and quick. It did not feel as deep and as relaxing as I’d been hoping for. She then did a gel polish which was a little rough in preparation and in terms of experience too. The finish however is good so far.
