I had an olaplex and blow dry treatment which has done nothing to my hair as promised, I have just washed my hair and it's exactly the same as before. Nahid was a lovely person but she needs to watch her heavy hands while blow drying, she also advised me not to book through treatwell as they charge them 40% in fees?so why advertise when you're not happy to pay for it? .. My scalp was painful for a couple of days and despite my complaints she continued to pull and tug on my hair which made me really uncomfortable. The back door of the saloon was open with dustbins on show and many flies inside the room. Sorry but I won't be visiting again
