My appointment was at 3pm I arrived early and was seen. I did not leave salon till 5.15 as had to wait a long time for a cut(no dry). Too long to spend 2.5 hours in hair salon for root colour and cut! I have a day job! I introduced mu daughter to salon, she came and went home.
Appt was far too long and tedious.

Nice and polite staff. I had shellac nails for hands and toes. They had like 5 gel colours only to choose from and no stones or anything to add on. Not very good.

The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job, really loved the cut and wouldn't change a thing. The second lady who did the balayage did a good job in terms of the colour but the blending in places wasn't great. I have block lines where she put the bleach and didn't blend it to my roots. It's a shame as I was really excited about the finished product but now have to go back to get it fixed. I would use them again but only for a cut and maybe for colouring my hair but only using one colour.
