Hair on the right was not cut at a correct angle, it supposed to be cut to the opposite angle to the left but instead both sides were cut facing one direction. The result of it- end on the right are facing backwards and this can be rectified only by re-cutting/styling it which is a shame.
Also a good hairdresser does not need to do a blowdry to justify a good haircut. A good haircut will look fresh and nice without a blow dry too which in my case was not the case as my hair looks terrible now.

This was my first time at Made in Surbiton and I will definitely be back! Tsarina was a wonderful stylist and I felt very relaxed the whole way through. It was obvious that she cared about her clients and had a passion for her job. She was able to give me excellent hair advice and was extremely friendly. I was very impressed with the service.

Came in for a simple haircut and fringe. ended up with the most awful haircut I ever had, to the point I am staying at home since days not wanting to go out. Stylist didn't listen to what I wanted (really nothing complicated - a simple trim and a fringe trim)
Moreover I had booked a £35 haircut and was charged £45. Not talking about the not very friendly atmosphere. Stylist was forcing herself to a minimum of conversation and it felt terribly wrong.
am never going back there again.
