I have been to Mad’ouk previously and had a good experience so I thought I’d go again. The salon was quite busy, which meant that my wax was very rushed and not done properly. There was still half of the hair left despite waxer continuously waxing the same spot so much that I felt my skin would be non existent by the end of the session. If I was to recommend Mad’ouk a couple months ago then I would definitely recommend it, but after this recent session it would be a big no. Quite disappointed

I've come before for a full body wax and again this time. Lubna is professional and friendly. Her conversation helps to relax the client and shes very thorough with the job. Will be returning for sure.
