Went there to trim my hair as I did it myself during lockdown and it was uneven. It still one side is shorter than the other as it was before only shorter which i didn't realise at the salon but after drying it shows . from my hair experience, it felt kinda in rush and she should've checked First what needs to be done then proceed otherwise considering it's just a straight cut to make everything even should be a easy one right. Not really bothered about my hair it grows but waste of time anyway

I arrived at my appointment early. Only 1 lady in the shop was very pleasant.told I could wait in the salon as there was nowhere in the local area to wait. I had booked for Hollywood using hot wax. I was taken to a room and advised to lay down. The lady left.Only cream wax was in the warmer. When the lady returned I asked if she was going to use the hot wax and was told that tea tree cream wax was best for my skin and hair type.Experience was uncomfortable and not all hair removed.
