If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I booked through treatwell, used the last bit of petrol to turn up on time to my appointment only to be told they had accepted a walk in appointment and wouldn’t see me for another hour?! After going back and fourth they rebooked me for the next day and gave me a complimentary 15 minute head massage. It did not feel like a professional deep tissue massage and they used too much oil on my head so I got a haircut which I regretted straight away!
