Paid for Hollywood hot wax but was given strip wax due to hair growth - hasn’t been a problem elsewhere but accepted that I have been shaving recently and since I have a high pain tolerance, wasn’t too fussed. However, same spots were waxed multiple times and some strands of hair still remained but weren’t tweezed off… that’s down to poor practice, sorry. Was also charged an additional £5 (I paid in cash after it was done) for buttocks area to be waxed. Questioned this initially and politely reminded the beautician that I had pre-paid for a Hollywood hot wax but she was adamant it was an additional charge so I went along with it as I was already there. This was a last min booking to be fair so perhaps because it was later in the evening it wasn’t the best experience but not sure I’d go back.

The lady was pretty pleasant and the body wax was done fairly well but the hollywood wax was a real let down, especially since that was the main reason I went. I kept getting told that she would complete it next time even though the hair was grown long enough. Also she charged me extra for removing hair from the anus area even though that is part of the hollywood wax no matter where you go! She told me it was part of bum cheeks even though it clearly wasnt. Place was cold for the winter weather
