I like to be early, ended up being late,sat in car trying to pay parking by phone took ages. finding venue very difficult, small sign and go up stairs between other shops. From being early early ended up 10mins late, which was taken out my treatment time.
The lady was nice, her massage was good, however she started with cold hands and cold water and a flannel that smelled a bit off. Music was glitching. Face peel was all stuck and dried in my hair, took long time to get it out.

Therapist just rubbed my skin with tiny bit of oil. That was supposed to be my 1 hr deep tissue massage. Absolutely shocking. When I questioned her about massage she said she doesn't know what a deep tissue massage is. Plus while doing my mind facial she put cleanser and face scrub on my eye lids and all around eye. Two days my eyes were burning. Dont book here. Only go for threading or waxing

I got the special offer of a massage for £14. Well I guess this is a case of 'you get what you pay for'.
I don't think the girl has any training because most of her kneading (if you can call it that) was into my bones and not my actual knots.it just felt like she'd got a table, massage oil and some music and just rubbed me down. She didn't apply pressure at all nor did she use her thumbs to reach the deep knots. It was all surface level.
Won't be back.

Wasn't even open what's the point of taking 10am bookings if your not opened at that time!!! I even tried calling and no answer. I'm traveling tomorrow that leaves me no time left so thanks for nothing.
