I've come to this salon before for massages, which has been a great experience. However, I came here to do my hair and it was absolutely terrible! Despite being very clear with my requests - refreshing blonde highlights on my natural black hair, they gave me brown/red highlights and also coloured my natural black hair red! It was terrible. I followed this up very kindly the day after over text message only to be blocked! The salon also has no number on their website which is very fishy!

The service was amazing. Lubna is amazing lady, she gave us 5 star service, friendly, fast and did painless waxing on my legs and arm and also my mum is so pleased with her fascial. Thank you! Definitelygoing back for other services
