Disappointed! Beacutician wasn’t Lubna and things weren’t done properly. For the steamer I was left alone for over 5 mins and no check was done…the face mask was applied 15mins too early and again I was left alone (lady whereas Lubna uses this time to give a massage). The massage done at the end did not have the right pressure, some of the mask was still on my nose and the cleansing product was partly in my eye. The sound stopped working, room was cold, lady was on her phone during the hour.
