They overbook to make as much money as possible and then said customers home or tell them to come back later even if they've booked through treatwell. Lady doing the massage is nice but she's leaving. I won't be coming back ever again, you lost a regular customer.

Because it was a wet hair cut I didn’t check properly but once we came home I washed n dried my daughter hair it was uneven at the back it was 2 different lengths. I rather pay more in a proper salon then go back there again.
