my beauty therapist Lubna was really kind friendly and welcoming.. felt relaxed.. your privacy is considered.. service was great.. before and during treatment was asked if room temperature was ok. which made me feel like I was cared for.. very professional.. thumbs up.. defo coming again.. 😁
