Lovely visit. My therapist was professional, friendly, and her cuticle work was second to none. Beautiful salon. Very happy with my nails.

The therapist said she didnt have time for my hollywood even though I booked a specialist wax appointment.
She didnt ask how I wanted my eyebrows and waxed most of them off leaving me to have to grow my arch back.
Half way through she said that she will do my bikini line and proceeded to cool the wax with water and test by pulling individual hairs.
I will never go back here again.
