The atmosphere and the staff where really nice. The lady who did my waxing was chatting to me and made me feel more comfortable. Although couldn't remove all the hair because my leg hair was ingrowing from previous wax. When I went home I found out that there was more hair patches that wasn't ingrowing and was not removed properly. Maybe hair was to short to remove..
