What an awful experience! My first time coming here and definitely the last. Firstly, the salon rescheduled my appointed to 1.5 hrs after I had booked and I had to call them to move it earlier because I was having the treatment done before an event.
The booking was then moved to 15mins earlier than previous appointment so I really don’t see why I had to be inconvenienced like that.
Upon arrival I was rushed upstairs then bombarded by three different employees trying to take my coat and offer me drinks - there is certainly a more relaxing way to welcome clients.
I was brought to the room which was roasting hot and had to get the therapist to open a window to cool the room down which stayed open for the majority of the treatment - not very private!
Strip wax was used for my legs which is fine but the therapist didn’t switch the rollers frequently enough so the wax became sticky and painful to apply. The therapist then used the towel covering me to wipe her hands. Gross!
Then the bed collapsed! The section where my legs were began to droop and I warned her but she didn’t realise in time so the roller, the wax stops and my legs feel. It took a while to fix
Then near to the end of my treatment the therapist kindly told me that I had “horrible skin” and to consider resurfacing treatments - I didn’t ask for your opinion so please don’t offer it to me.
Overall such a chaotic experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyons
