I went for a men’s haircut. Arrived early and they took me in right away. Kim was great, not only was she extremely talented and precise, but she was sociable and warm. Will come back!

All in all, very professional and a thorough manicure, good quality service.
A few negatives:
- I was surprised that my nails weren't soaked at the beginning
- Not a huge selection of colours available
- The manicure itself was great but sadly a couple of nails have started chipping already just 5 days in.
- I was very surprised when paying to see that I was charged significantly more for my manicure booked through Treatwell, than I would have done had I booked through the salon directly. I questioned this and was told they do this as Treatwell take a cut, and obviously I understand that they need to protect their revenue however in my opinion the salon should absorb this - Treatwell gets them new customers and good advertising so it's a shame that customers end up paying extra through that. Especially as the salon's own online booking system wasn't functioning at the time.
