As always the hot wax treatment at MacCarthy was efficient and easy. The staff are always friendly without being over-chatty. At £40 it is expensive, but given its convenient location and consistency it continues to be the best option.

The poor stylist was clearly overbooked and trying to juggle my blow dry along with another customers colour. I was in a rush and didn’t have longer than the hour appointment allocated. She was very understanding and made sure she got me out the door on time and my blow dry was good.
