I made an appointment only the night before after some initial confusion over the booking, which was all sorted out the therapist was amazing, lovely experience all round, even a hand massage at the end. Thanks you so much :) I will definitely be going back.

Have been before a few times mainly due to the prices being so cheap and that I'd never had any problems, but last time I went I noticed a small amount of my eyebrow had been taken off by mistake when they had been threaded. I've been trying to grow my brows for ages so I'm hoping it'll grow back in soon. I got the 3 Steps to Perfection eyebrow package but I've noticed the past 2 times it has not included the serum/pen to finish, this didn't bother me so much but I think when something's advertised it should be the same as what you recieve. I also got a lip and chin thread but when I got home and in better light I noticed a few bits had been missed so there were some patches of hair left :/
