Beautician seemed like she couldm t b bothered got false eyelashes an by time got home 3 off them had fallen off.phoned salon got told come back in so try ed that but wanted me in on a Thurs night which I could t do.by the end of the day nearly all eyelashes had fallen off and they would t offer any reason saying sometones happening would never go back

Overall, my nails are satisfactory but they are not well done - there are areas with no polish applied, and some parts are thinner than others due to a lack of care and attention when applying the polish. I got my gel polish done 2 days ago and they are already chipping, despite a "guarantee" from the therapist that they would last at least 2 weeks. On arrival to the salon - which was very easy to find - I was greeted and it soon became apparent that the therapist was not aware that my appointment had even been booked. She then told me that her UV light had blown up earlier that day and she didn't even know if it would be working for my appointment. This was particularly annoying as I had travelled on two trains to reach the venue, but around 10 mins later she confirmed it was working. I was asked to wait a short time until she had finished with her previous clients - I was absolutely fine with this, I know it's rare for a schedule to work exactly to time. However, at 5.50 she was finally ready to see me (my appointment was at 5.35) and it soon became clear that the therapist was adamant she was getting out of the salon at 6pm on the dot. As you're probably aware, it takes longer than 10 mins to apply gel nails well. At first the therapist said it was due to the "big boss" that she had to be out for 6 - which I didn't understand as I wouldn't imagine the boss would want her staff to rush a client's treatment. After mentioning the fact that she needed to leave at 6 several more times and tidying up the shop and applying her jacket etc between coats of polish, it's safe to say I felt very uncomfortable and as though I was an inconvenience. After all this, the therapist then revealed that the reason she was rushing was because she didn't want to miss her train! I was absolutely shocked - surely a customer's satisfaction is worth more than catching a train. Anyway, upon leaving she said she hoped to see me again "but in the morning or afternoon". It is beyond me as to why I was treated this way - they should not advertise an appointment slot if they are not willing to fulfil it.

Had booked for upper lip and chin threading plus gel soak off.
Salon very basic with no ambience although therapist very friendly. Threading was over very quickly and have no issue with results.
No offer of soak off even though I said that what I had booked and instead polish was taken off with electric file. Hurt in place and actually had to get therapist to stop as it felt as though my nail was burning. If I had realised electric files were used I wouldn't have made booking in first place. As this is what was offered I went with it as I didn't want to cause a fuss.
All in all average experience but wouldn't return.
