Booked appointment for 1.30pm & called 30 mins before to confirm they were running on time, when I arrived they had just started a walk-in customer &I had to wait until 1.55pm to have someone start. The manager (?) & Jason then argued with one another over who's customer I was supposed to be. This was my first mani in 9 months after having my twins & in the end I didn't have time for the full mani and just had my nails filed & painted. No time to dry the polish so it smudged. 60 mins wasted!

They were running late but it was a Saturday evening and the staff were very apologetic. Great manicure with real attention to detail but didn’t take too either. Very happy!
