A waste of time unfortunately. I arrived on time for my 11am appointment but after having been told I needed to wait 10 minutes I came back to the salon to see that the nail technician was doing someone else's nails. The nail technician spoke pretty much no English so it was hard to understand what was happening. After waiting 35 mins, when another member of staff came in, I found out that the person having their nails done before me was a walk in. The other member of staff apologised and asked me to come back at 12,which I did, only to find someone else was getting their nails done. The other staff member tried to ask the technician what was happening but unfortunately there was a large language barrier and it looked like it would be another 45 minutes. At this point I'd wasted over an hour of my Sunday so I asked to get a refund as I didn't trust it that if I came back I wouldn't again be waiting for a long time. Latoya, the other member of staff, was lovely and apologised but unfortunately my time was wasted and I still haven't got my nails done.
