I sat on a treatment bed that looked dirty. Someone was going to do my piercing with a gun but I stopped her as I booked for a needle. I waited 30 mins for someone to do it. When she came to do it, she suddenly went off to do another customer's brows. Worst of all, the station where they do piercings had used tissues all over it and it was very untidy. I was then told to lie down on another treatment bed that someone else had just been lying on. No hand sanitiser in sight and had to pay cash.

Absolutely in love with me nails. The shape is so much better than other times I have been to this salon as well. Would recommend going in the morning so it’s not rushed
