Was seen very efficiently on arrival, I wasn’t sure about which colour to get and Lyna was very helpful with helping me find a colour which I absolutely loved as I wanted something different to my usual.

Very thorough full leg / Hollywood wax. My hair was short but the therapist took great care trying to get it off. Haven’t had a wax as thorough as that in ages. Will definitely be back!

Pre-paid my services, only to get there and Lyna was pressing for me to do a different service which would’ve been more expensive, despite having already paid £80+ on treatwell. When it came to doing my toes, despite asking for acrylic extensions, they proceeded to do them without, then when they went to do it, no extensions were put on just the acrylic powder. Not what I asked/paid for. Also the description of the services are not very clear/accurate. Had to pay £20 on top for pedicure
