It was good but they insisted on using strip wax although I begged for the hot wax. I insisted so much that they turned the hot wax machine on, but contonue to use the strip one which does not work well with sensitive skin.

The Hollywood wax that I had was fantastic and I can't rate it highly enough. This was largely down to my fantastic therapist Chereece (so sorry if that's spelt incorrectly) Instantly she made me feel at ease, was so friendly and funny and completed the wax quickly and faultlessly. I will definitely be returning to Willow Hair & Beauty for a wax and probably for other treatments too

Lovely little salon tucked away off Leather Lane which was convenient for me as I work nearby. Sacha did a lovely swishy blow dry for my weekend away , chatted happily while doing so & my blow dry stayed out for the whole weekend! Will definitely go again
