The venue texted me to say my appointment was at 1545 when i had booked it on Treatwell for 1645 as I only finish work at 1630. They had to rebook me.... very disapointing as I had arranged pick up for my son from Nursery, and now I have to arrange that all again. Willow Hair and Beauty said it wasnt their error it was Treatwells...
