My stylist was Hannah who was very friendly. I had booked quite spontaneously and got an appointment for lunchtime, which suited me very well. During my stay I felt very comfortable (nice head massage) and relaxed. I had a cut and blowdry and am very happy with the consultation and result. Thanks! I'll be back

Absolutely lovely staff, quick and straightforward waxing. It's never going to be painless but it was pretty good! Only thing I would say is to clarify how much you want taken off in advance-I had a bit of a shock!

I had a wonderful experience at Willow Hair and Beauty. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, they listened well and understood exactly what I wanted and then went ahead to give me the best cut and colour I've had for years. I really am pleased.
