I arrived fairly early for my two week manicure appointment but was attended to right as my appointment time was about to start. The lady wasn't very talkative or welcoming. Throughout the process, she kept tending to her own nails. If you're looking for a quick and easy shellac manicure, look elsewhere because this place specialises in hair and waxing more than nails.

Ha OMG had a terrible experience the last two times I visited my regular salon, I went to Willow for the first time. Wafa was great and I had a painless and quick experience. This will definitely be my new salon

Really happy with the service and treatments received. The staff is really helpful and approachable. I received a consultation as to which colours to choose for my hair and how to condition it properly which I thought was great. The only thing I would flag is a bit more clarity on the treatments available and how the voucher works. The package I bought was for £55 including hair cut, treatment, hair colour and blow dry but once on site I was charged an additional £60. Not sure if this was because by booking with the salon wasn't clear or no one clarified that the treatment would be extra before setting off to start applying the hair dyes. I am more than happy with how my hair looks and would definitely recommend the salon to all my friends but I did not see any value in buying the voucher on Treatwell.
