It was a great manicure - nice shape to nails, nice colour and nice hand massage. But confusion as I had booked a polish and shape (for £9) and the beautician gave me a full manicure without double checking what I'd booked and then I have to pay £19.80 instead. So make sure the beautician has checked what you have booked before she starts. Otherwise, nice beautician and would go back.

The girl who did my pedi was really lovely. I felt the receptionist could have been friendlier. The treatment was good and as I paid with Treatwell points I felt I got a bargain.
