Amy really knows how to cut short cuts, I cam out of Willow Hair & Beauty really satisfied. I did not have to wait and the ambience is very pleasant, I definitely will go back and will recommend it.
The lady who did my nails was nice but I noticed a few bumps on my nails which I asked for her to file down and buff, she had to redo a few nails which she didn't realise had lumps in. I think she should have picked up on this and have sorted it without me having to say anything
It was perfectly acceptable. The therapist didn't tidy up the stray hairs though. It was very quick which was an upside!

Little bit abrupt but good. Slightly more painful that normal! Thorough and good value. Would visit again. Strip wax part was fine but hot wax wasn't left to dry for long enough.

Finally I found a hairdresser that's very close to my requirements. I was looking for a loooong time! The only little minor thing was that the hairdresser didn't really shape my hair after the blow dry but other than that perfect.
