Sascha did a great job on restyling my hair - it was in terrible condition so the treatment really added shine and softness back to it. The cut is great and she always explained what she was doing and why. She even explained what the products were that she was using which was very helpful and interesting. Very good value and as it's right near work, will be back for sure!
I had Shellac done here before taking a long trip. The colour was gorgeous, a kind of peach with metallic green undertones (sounds awful, but honestly was great!) Got lots of compliments too... Don't know if it's just me but my nails still seem to split at the edges even with Shellac and so this manicure started peeling before the end of the promised fortnight. I was pleased with the service, but this is my second slightly annoying experience with Shellac and I probs won't bother again...
Great service and the cut I came away with was lovely. Great advice over what products to use on my hair but absolutely no pressue to buy their products. They offer 30% off any beauty treatments booked there and then but again there was no pressure to do so.
Nice and friendly staff. Had to wait a while even though I had a scheduled appointment, but I wasn't in a rush so this was fine. I only needed a trim so the cut was fine. Not sure about the gloss treatment though, as it was a tiny capsule of conditioner left to soak for a while in my hair and I have quite long hair - I didn't see any difference at all. Overall for the price it was a reasonable experience.
The staff were friendly, the place was clean and overall my experience was good, and the finish job was great. However one point, the therapist did not wear gloves, and I do not know if each person gets their own wax pot, but I noticed that the therapist did double dip.
