It took 40 minutes for a wax that normally takes 20 minutes maximum. I have had fantastic experiences previously but I was not overly confident in the ladies skills on this occasion.

Very nice treatment room, therapist was very polite and attentive and did her best to make it as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend a Brazilian Wax from here.

The waxing was fine. Polite and took my coat when I arrived - no waiting which was nice (I was maybe a minute or two early). Cleared up strays. Could have been a bit quicker but was only overran a few minutes.
