I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen and then during the treatment I felt as if it was being rushed. The therapist did not do a neat job at all and I did not feel it was a 'deep bikini', but barely even a normal bikini wax. When I asked her to wax a bit more hair off she said that the area I had pointed to counted as 'leg' (at the very top of my thigh). She begrudgingly agreed to wax it. Overall a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
