Incredibly disappointed with my hair cut from Sacha. I specifically asked her not to cut layers back into my hair, she did not listen and the layers are now thicker than the length. The length was not cut straight and instead rounded at the bottom which again I did not ask for along with shaping around my face being incredibly short. Will not be returning to or recommending a hairdresser who does not listen to their client.

I was left sitting in the hair studio upstairs because the assistant did not inform the beautician downstairs that I had arrived. This I believe stressed out the beautician and she rushed the job. The wax for my Hollywood was almost scoldingly hot - I think the machine was broken, but I am lucky I haven't come out with blisters. I have however, after a week already got a lot of stray long hairs growing back. The roll on wax for my legs was also not very precise. The beautician had non-relaxing music, and this added to the stress of the scenario. I will not be going back, and I will think twice about booking waxing just because it is the most affordable option.
