Really friendly and welcoming staff. The treatment was super speedy however in hindsight I should've asked my lady to wait while I checked her handiwork because I didn't really get a chance to ask for touch ups. Some bits had been trimmed that are now a bit itchy and when I got home I noticed that some bits weren't properly done.
So, I would go back because the stafg were so nice, the location is great for me, and it's good value, but would be more firm with touch ups.

For my blow dry, I've asked for straight hair with curly ends, but the hairdresser wasn't quite sure whether to use brush or hair straightener because my hair are slightly curly by nature. So she used the brush to straighten the top bits and then used both brush and flat iron to curl the ends. The result wasn't as good as would have hoped and it took over an hour which was quite annoying as only had 50-60min available during lunch break. They only had a small flat iron which took ages to curl the ends, a saloon it worth investing in styling tools. All in all, if you can pay something extra and let Sacha style your hair... I guess you get what you actually pay for.
