Eyebrows shaping was fine, but the salon itself wasn’t great. It was empty apart from the staff who were mostly disinterested (even when it came to paying) and unprofessional. Upstairs is fine but the downstairs area looks like a storeroom. The lady who did the treatment was lovely and very careful make sure I was happy, but unfortunately she was hidden away in the basement!
