I was not seen by the nail technician with whom I had booked an appointment, presumably due to the salon overbooking (although I was not told this which I felt was a bit unprofessional). The appointment felt quite rushed, but I ended up with nice nails. I am not convinced that I will be returning.

Find it weird how they don’t give consistent customers a loyalty card or discount - only 20% off for new people. I paid £35 for infills acrylic with shellac which is so over priced
