I used to really like Vivi and have had some great manicures done here before. Not sure what went wrong this time - my cuticles were cut very badly in 3 different places causing a lot of bleeding. I asked for rounded nails and they shaped them square and so short there was no way to fix them. The gel itself on one nail is full of bubbles and bumpy. Really poor experience.
