The service I received today for my wax was extremely poor. I arrived 2 minutes late for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist who advised me Catalina will see what she can do as j am late. I was them advised by Catalina that she can do half a wax and not the full Hollywood that j have paid for. The service then finished at 11:34 just a little over half the appointment time as the appointment was for 30 minutes until 11:45. Very disappointed with the wax!
