Poor service. The wax wasn’t left to fully dry and when I went home I discovered hair had been either missed/ not pulled from the root along the bikini. What bothered me most was I booked a leg wax and Izabel said she didn’t have time to do my legs properly because my hairs were too short - this was 5 min until her next booking. When prompted she admitted leg waxing usually needed 15 min. It really felt like she was making it out to be all my fault to cover up the fact that she was overbooked.
