I usually have a really great experience at Luxury Wax Bar - I don’t go anywhere else. However, I find this time round unusually painful I felt like the person waxing me was tugging at my skin a few times on both the Hollywood and leg wax and it me pretty tense and nervous. Especially around the knee area I actually had some bruising afterwards as she was waxing around my knee with my leg straight out instead of getting me to bend my knee.

Great experience as always! They’re doing a great job with covid-19 safety as well. You book online and pay in advance, just walk in for your appointment, the therapist wears a mask and there’s hand sanitiser everywhere.
