Been coming to this place for a few years now and never had issues. This time I booked a different wax treatment. After googling I was sure that it will be fine for what I was after. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The amount of work it was done I did during lockdown so it was disappointing. For an extra charge some extra hair was removed. It would be useful if this app clearly stated how much hair is being removed in each treatment as it seems that different places have different standard. After treatment I did google it again to see if I misunderstood...What surprised me the most was that receptionist and therapist were already waiting to show their findings online to make their own point, felt kinda patronising. Love this place so I hope it’s a one off unpleasant experience.
