Usually I would give 5 stars all round because I absolutely love this place, the staff, the service, the prices, only this time I had a small patch of skin torn during my Hollywood wax so they lost a point for this. But otherwise I can't recommend enough! They make me feel comfortable and welcome and it's not awkward at all. They keep me chatting and there's always a great episode of sex in the city playing in the background. The rooms are gorgeous. And they know what they're doing.
