Great staff and ambience. Cannot fault my treatment, will definitely go back! Also love that I get to watch Sex and the City whilst I'm there!

I love that they play Sex and the City in the back ground. They were running a little behind and sweeping up when I got there. Towards the end of my wax I could hear a staff member (I assume?) outside the door complaining about something very loudly. But these are tiny things - was the wax good - yes. Did they try and make it as painless as possible to minimise my suffering - yes. That is all that really matters in my book!
