The beautician did a great job with my brows and checked everything with me beforehand. Everyone in the salon was friendly but I had a small issue with confusion over what the treatments I'd booked covered, multiple staff told me to just ask for a credit note instead of the unnecessarily booked brow tinting when I came in for the Definition Brow treatment, but I was told on the day that this was wrong and I would have needed to call Treatwell to get a refund 24 hours in advance. I persisted and eventually the manager agreed to issue the credit on their system. In summary, the salon was good, the treatment was good, the price was fine but there were some communication issues!
