Disappointed with the wax. Not sure the therapist was that experienced this time. She didn't seem to know what she was doing - was was very painful and my skin was left bruised and ripped. I'm sure it's not all of them and I was unlucky with the therapist I had however will find an alternative place for the same price.

Very satisfied with the wax as usual. Have been a regular customer for the past 2 years, but the prices keep rising... I am not contemplating moving to a different wax salon - it has gone up from 19 to now 31 pounds.
