Have noticed a drop in quality for the last 2 visits I have left with patches of hair not removed/missed. After over 5 years attending I won’t be going back. Experience is now rushed to fit you into the slot and leads to unfinished wax. After the last visit I had to attend a separate salon before my holiday and on this occasion have completed the wax myself at home. Not the experience you want when you pay for a wax to be done
