I never go anywhere else for my wax. I’ve been coming here for 2 years. However I was disappointed on my last appointment when I wasn’t given the member of staff that I had pre-selected. Moreover, I was not satisfied with the service overall - the wax was not hot enough, causing repeated application to remove hair, which caused irritation and ingrown hairs afterwards. Not the usual excellent service I’m used to at Luxury Wax Bar.

I'm coming here regularly every month and always very happy! Great service, waxing is very quick, efficient and in nice atmosphere. Flexible booking system, with appointments I'm mostly booking the night before for the following day.

I had a great experience here today. The place is difficult to find as it is on a side street but as you walk along you will find a sign. I was really nervous as I went for a wax package, usually I only have a bikini wax but I’m going on holiday. Natalie was really lovely and professional, wore gloves and asked if the temperature was ok. The bikini and underarm wax was done with hot wax which I’ve not experienced before, it was a lot less painful than when I’ve had that area strip waxed! The leg wax was done with strips and was fairly quick and painless. I’m not a fan of SATC but having it on did help put me at ease and I couldn’t believe the time when I left, she did the treatment in 15-20 minutes :) I’ve had a few bad experiences at the salon I used to use so I’m really glad I took a risk with this place. Such good value for money too. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on. The sweets in the waiting area are a nice touch too!
